3. Ship your old unit with the exchange form to the address specified in your confirmation email. (Trade-in shipments must be completed within 30 days of receiving the Smart Sock 2.)
4. Once we receive your trade-in, please wait for 5-7 business days for processing your rebate.
5. Receive your $150 refund on the card used to purchase your Smart Sock 2.
